01 / Me
Curiosity is
my constant.
My thirst for knowledge and personal improvement have consistently been the driver behind much of what I do in life, both personally and professionally. Did you know: it doesn’t matter in what order the letters of a word appear, the only important factor is that the first and last letters are in the right place? This is because the mind does not read every letter but rather the word as a whole.

Healthy living
Small habits.
Fuller days.
I believe in building a life I feel good showing up for. For me, that starts with routines and healthy habits, with room for movement, nature, quiet, and community.
Find a rhythm.
Small, repeatable habits. Routines that support the things I care about and leave room for life to happen.
Move, then wander.
Exercise and yoga, with plenty of appreciation for the outdoors. I value time spent moving and time spent in nature.
Practice being here.
Meditation, a moment of stillness, a little more attention to the present. Making space for quiet matters to me.
Cold meets warm.
Cold showers, an ice plunge, a sauna. I’m drawn to the contrast: different ways to step out of autopilot and into the moment.
Make it shared.
Community is part of healthy living. Connection, shared experiences, and people who make showing up worthwhile.
Darker,
please.
Coffee and beer, better when darker; nitro stouts and espresso are the crème de la crème, but definitely hold the milk.
